The rooms, although basic, were comfortable and warm. The hotel had great transport links to the city centre and free parking. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan dietary preferences. They were proactive in assisting us with our children and even helped us find a restaurant. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and we loved the honesty-based self-serve drinks fridge. Being directly on a tram line was a huge plus.
